Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Viral Katha's website, client portal, and services, operated by Vidhura Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you ("Client", "you") accept these Terms.

1. Description of service

Viral Katha is a personal branding and digital marketing agency. We provide services including scripting, shooting, editing, scheduling, and publishing short-form video content to social media platforms on behalf of the Client, per the subscription package chosen.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract to use our services. If contracting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

3. Subscription and packages

  • Services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis unless a longer term is explicitly agreed in writing.
  • Each package defines a monthly quota of videos, target platforms, and posting frequency.
  • Unused videos do not roll over to the next month.
  • We reserve the right to update package pricing with 30 days notice; existing subscribers are charged the old rate for their current billing cycle.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle via Razorpay (online) or bank transfer/UPI (offline, on invoice).
  • Publishing gate: content publishing requires at least 50% of the monthly subscription amount to be paid.
  • Invoices are auto-generated within 24 hours of each payment received.
  • Late payments (past 15 days of due date) may result in paused service until settled.

5. Client obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date contact information.
  • Cooperate reasonably with shoot scheduling, script briefs, and approval requests. Content sent for approval is deemed approved after 5 days of no response.
  • Grant us the licences necessary to publish content on your linked social accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) via the OAuth authorisations you provide.
  • Not upload or provide content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third party's rights.
  • Pay on time.

6. Our obligations

  • Deliver the number of videos specified in your package each month.
  • Maintain reasonable production quality consistent with the package tier.
  • Notify you promptly of any delay we anticipate.
  • Protect your data per our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

  • You own the finished videos we deliver to you and may use them perpetually.
  • We retain ownership of our templates, methods, scripts, and any generic production assets not specific to your business.
  • We may include your finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing.

8. No guarantee of results

We do our best to produce viral-worthy content, but we do not guarantee specific views, followers, engagement, or business outcomes. Social media performance depends on many factors outside our control (platform algorithms, timing, audience, etc.).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

10. Cancellation and termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@vidhuratechnologies.com.
  • Any videos already produced up to the cancellation date will still be delivered.
  • Refunds (if any) are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • We may terminate your subscription if you breach these Terms, fail to pay after reasonable notice, or misuse the service.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active clients by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance.
